Bake Mostaccioli
There are many people who are not Italian however are just a big as fan of pasta like me. I am a big
fan of pasta and I love it when my Uncle Jeff starts talking about how too much pasta can cause you
to put on those unwanted pounds and how pasta can turn into unwanted sugar. In other words, it is
really hard to image this uncle being fat from food. He is as skinny as a toothpick.

In any case, my uncle has never had a variety of one, kinds of pasta and two, pasta made dishes.
Until he meets this niece who is a lover of pasta dishes. So the first that we started with was my
grandma’s lasagna, then my spaghetti followed by the fettuccine with Alfredo sauce with shrimp. But
one day I said to Uncle that I will make for him some mostaccioli. It took a minute for me to get over
the shock of that my uncle did not know what mostaccioli and had never had it. Who does not know
what mostaccioli is? Oh the horror of it!!!

Street. There was also other location in Lincoln Park and Downtown Chicago. I an sure some of you
who have been to Chicago or who have lived in Chicago would know all about Edwardo’s or know of it.
Though Edwardo’s no longer exist to day however there is Giordano’s which is a huge stapler in
Chicago kitty corner from the Willis Tower, formerly the Sear Tower. Unfortunately, Giordano’s Pizza
does not have mostaccioli on their menu. Sorry.

internet for a good, simply and less amount of cheese for Uncle, I found a good recipe from the Taste

ingredients I spend a total of $18.00 at Walmart for anything except for the egg. (Hey, I live in an
African American household that cooks a lot of soul food that you can gain 40 pounds in a week.

The instructions was simply and exact on time in the preparation and cook time. The only thing I did
different with ingredients was that I used spicy sausage instead of mild because of my Uncle’s taste
buds. After the dish was done and ready to eat, Uncle had some hesitation in trying it, however like a
big boy he plugged on in to try it.

Ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you between him and the younger Uncle, they left nothing but an
empty casserole dish for me to clean. And had proclaimed this pasta as the all dish to have. If they
only knew that there are a lot of pasta dishes that would definitely open their eyes and their taste buds.

How can I describe the mostaccioli dish? I am not Italian however, it tasted like I was living in Italy for
my first time of making mostaccioli. I would recommend the website that I used to make mostaccioli
or those who looking to a simply and quick meal to make for dinner one night.
